—— 01 / THE WORKSHOP

PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE

An interactive workshop by Devin Lebrun and Katrina Maniec

A conversation takes a turn. A tough decision lands on your desk. A project hits a setback. As pressure rises, it’s easy to fall back on familiar reactions.

We’ll explore how you can use your breath to prepare for what’s ahead, respond in the moment, and restore afterward.

—— 02 / THE EXPERIENCE

What we’ll do.

You’ll try a few short breathing practices and compare how they feel. One might help you settle before a tough conversation. Another might help you get ready to speak up. We’ll give you time to experiment, then use a real situation from your life to rehearse how you want to respond.

You’ll leave with a simple way to notice what pressure is doing to you, choose a breathing practice that fits what you need, and rehearse it before you need it.

—— 03 / BEFORE WE MEET

What to bring.

Think of one situation coming up where you’d like to respond differently under pressure. It could be a decision at work, a conversation at home, or a time you tend to get in your own way. You can keep the details to yourself.

Have a chair and enough space to stand near it. You’re welcome to stay seated, follow at your own pace, or sit out any practice. First time trying breath training? You can start with the situational practices below.

—— 04 / START YOUR TRAINING

Meet this moment.

Try a guided breath before the workshop.

Notice how you feel and what would help right now. Answer the two questions below and you’ll get a short practice to try. Keep your breathing gentle and see what you notice afterward.

Unlocks are available after the workshop. Come back for more.

Take a moment to notice your breathing. Let it stay comfortable and natural.
